We had a lovely weekend with friends, enjoying the great outdoor area of the house (swimming pool, petanque, ping pong, etc.), which is completely secluded. The host was very responsive and accommodating for check-in and check-out. Everything went well, but although the house is rather well-equipped, it still remains "in its original state" inside with the noisy presence of dormice, which can be heard from certain rooms.
Beautiful old mansion full of character in a very large and nice park… felt very homy, spacious enough for a group of 13 even without being able to use the dormitory. The Attic was way too hot to allow anyone to sleep there. Kitchen well equipped for cooking at home and enjoying the place. The pool was very enjoyable. You can hear the road a bit during certain time of the day but overall very quiet place. Would love to come back.

Steven's house is very spacious and very pleasant to stay in; it feels like home. The bedrooms are numerous and large. The kitchen/dining room is also very convenient, facing the terrace. There's nothing missing. The exterior is protected by a beautiful tree that allows for lunches in the shade. The pool at the bottom of the garden is a real plus. The house is located in a very quiet area, close to very pretty villages to visit or bodies of water to cool off. Thanks to Steven for this lovely week in the Drôme!

We had a wonderful stay in Steven's large house, between dinners with friends on the plancha and swimming in the pool with the children. I recommend it for large groups and friendly vacations.

Our host made this stay as peaceful as possible and was caring, responsive, available, and flexible. In short, an ideal host for this weekend with friends. I would recommend this place, especially because of its value for money. This little paradise is conveniently located between Grignan, Vaison-la-Romaine, and Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux.
We had a very pleasant and relaxing week in Margerie. The house offers plenty of space and a great large property for resting, letting off steam and much more. We were particularly impressed by the shaded areas under the persimmon and the plane tree. At night you could hear the forest owls calling and the bats hunting over the olive, fig and pomegranate trees. The pool is not only suitable for "splashing and playing" but also invites you to swim laps. If there were something else you would wish for, it would be a second refrigerator and smaller sharp knives...
We had a wonderful family stay in a beautiful setting. We were able to sample the many fruit trees and enjoy the pool, play pétanque and table tennis! We also enjoyed the plancha and had everything we needed for a great stay! We highly recommend this place and are leaving with lasting memories! Thank you for this peaceful and spacious place! We hope to be back soon.
This very well-designed farmhouse was perfect for our 4 families and our five young children aged 3 to 10: living areas including a functional kitchen and dining room, a cozy living room, good amenities including those for babies, a location ideal for exploring the region, and a huge garden with a swimming pool where the children could play. What's more, we were hosted very well by Edouard, and we knew we could count on him if needed. A memorable stay.
